Season’s Greetings

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our friends, family, and all loved ones!

Although 2020 has been a test for so many people, I will attempt to do my best in trusting that 2021 will bring joy and happiness.

'For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.' - Luke 2:11 KJV Click To Tweet

As many times as I have heard Linus Van Pelt offer up this biblical message to Charlie Brown, I never really understood it until my adult years. Is it a coincidence that this message comes just one week before our new year celebrations?

As I reflect on the past year, I will attempt to put my blessings it into context. I am so fortunate to have a fantastic family and friends. Truly they are our best support systems during trying times. I love them and thank them for that. They know who they are.

I am also grateful for learning scads of new tactics and strategies needed for effective remote teaching (not to mention building this business). I felt it was a baptism by fire, but I’m glad to have learned so much. From Zooms and Meets to inventing new ways to simultaneously engage learners in person and remotely, these skills have increased my talent stack. Although the trials and tribulations were not fun at the time, I am thankful in retrospect to have learned so much.

Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
